This form is for members of the Gig Harbor Quilters Guild to register their entries in the 2023 Quilts Ahoy Show.

Each member is allowed to enter three items in the show and an additional challenge item such as "Crayon Challenge".

All entries must be fully completed at the time they are turned in.

The information entered on this form will be used for display placement of your entry.

Deadline for all entries is September 1, 2023. All items will be turned in at the October 4th meeting. Plan ahead to have all quilts ready at the meeting.
